As a senior loan officer, Shep Harris originates new loans, packages SBA and USDA loans, and evaluates new loan applications for the senior care industry. Before joining Live Oak Bank in 2015, Shep worked for five years at Branch Bank and Trust where he spent time in small business financial analysis and lending. His duties included the initial underwriting of new loan proposals, structuring deals, reviewing corporate tax returns, and other responsibilities. He received his BS from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Finance.

Mackey joined Live Oak Bank in 2016 and is currently a senior loan officer on the senior care team. His focus revolves around construction, acquisition, and expansion in the seniors housing sector. Mackey also lends to home care businesses nationwide. Prior to joining Live Oak, Mackey worked as in-house counsel at M&T Bank for their multifamily lending division, where he focused on government agency regulation, commercial real estate closings, and title work. Mackey earned his BA from Wake Forest University and his JD from The University of Baltimore School of Law. Mackey is a licensed attorney and a Maryland State Bar Association member.

Allison Kiglics

Allison Kiglics joined Live Oak Bank’s underwriting team in 2021 after working in higher education fundraising analytics. Now serving as a loan officer on the Senior Care lending team, she works directly with customers seeking financing for their small businesses. Allison holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Erin Clough joined Live Oak Bank in 2016 and currently serves as a loan officer on the senior care team. In this role, Erin works with customers to secure financing for acquisitions, debt refinance, start-ups and expansions, including ground-up construction and building renovations. She specializes in the senior care industry, including seniors housing (assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing), home care, home healthcare, and hospice. Erin also covers broader sectors, including ABA and behavioral health. Previously, Erin worked as a loan analyst on the seniors housing team as well as a credit underwriter, where she underwrote >$100MM across multiple vertical industries specializing in SBA and conventional loan products. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Elon University with minors in Computer Science and Economics. Originally from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!), Erin enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Zoey.
